Terms & Conditions

Depending on what your requirements are there are Terms and Conditions that must apply in certain cases.

All quotes will remain valid for 30 days.

50% deposits are usually required on any work quoted - Full Payments must be made on completion/delivery/collection.

Progress payments may be required from time to time at certain milestones which depend on specific projects.

Special cases do arise from time to time, we will work with you to ensure a smooth operation in cases such as these.

Security Products are payment in full before order processing. Proof of payments will be required.

In other instances personal agreements will be made to suit individual requirements.

All prices quoted exclude VAT

Travel & expenses are usually not charged for in most cases, with some these will either be claimed from the client or covered as per agreement.

Postage, support and any extraordinary expenses may be charged from time to time.

Certain items are subject to exchange control fluctuations.

If you cancel for any reason, your deposit (depending on what the status of your project is) may not be returnable. This is usually not the case but certain circumstances sometimes arise where costs are beared up-front.
